I’ve bought a few tops and pants from Ann Taylor Factory, it’s been a bit of a mixed bag. Some pieces have held up well, but a couple felt noticeably thinner after washing than I expected. For the price, I don’t feel completely cheated or anything, but I do think it’s fair to say the quality isn’t always consistent. If a brand is selling workwear staples, I think customers deserve pieces that last more than a few washes, even at outlet pricing...

I returned a couple of things to Ann Taylor Factory, and I was a little anxious at first because I kept remembering past returns with other stores that turned into a hassle. This one ended up being fine though. The refund showed up after about a week, and the emails were clear enough that I wasn’t left wondering what was going on. It wasn’t the fastest refund ever, but nothing went wrong, so I’d still call it a good experience. Would’ve been 5 stars if it had come through a bit quicker.

I had an issue with my order, and I was kind of dreading having to deal with it because I was already in the middle of doing a bunch of random errands that day. But customer service got back to me quickly, and the person I talked to was really nice. They didn’t make the whole thing overly complicated or ask me a million confusing questions. They fixed the problem, kept me updated along the way, and it ended up being way easier than I expected. Really happy with the support

I’ve ordered a few tops and work pants from Ann Taylor Factory, i’ve been happy with them. The styles are clean and put-together without feeling overdone, which I really like. The colors are easy to mix and match too, so they fit into my everyday office wardrobe easily. I’d definitely buy from them again.

I’ve ordered a few tops and pants from Ann Taylor Factory, i was weirdly impressed. Like, I was fully prepared for scratchy blouse drama, but a couple of the tops are actually soft, light, and comfortable enough that I was almost offended by how much I liked them.

The pants are solid too. They have a little stretch, don’t feel cheap, and they’ve held up fine after washing, which feels like a small miracle these days. One sweater did start pilling faster than I wanted, and yes, I did take that personally.

Overall, I’d give it 4 stars. It’s not some fancy luxury-level fabric situation, obviously, but for work clothes and everyday outfits, the quality is way better than I expected. I’m not saying I’m emotionally attached to these pants now, but I’m also not not saying that

I just popped in to grab some work pants and was like, oh wow, this is actually easy. The staff was really nice right away, the fitting room was clean, and I didn’t have to dig around forever to find my size. Checkout was super quick too, so I left happy with the whole trip.

I’ll blame them for making it way too easy, but every time I check, my size is actually in stock. Can’t really complain about that.

No weird shrinking, the seams are still holding up, and the fabric doesn’t feel cheap. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’m happy with how everything is lasting.

The sizing was "just right" for me. I ordered my usual size and it fit perfectly.
